Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. At VINNIS, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

If an issue falls under our warranty coverage, the product will be exchanged after verification.

 


 

What is covered under warranty

  1. Plating-related issues under normal wear.

  2. Stone setting defects caused due to manufacturing.

If any of the above issues are identified and approved under warranty, the item will be exchanged.

 


 

What is not covered under warranty

  1. Breakage or damage due to mishandling, accidental impact, or improper use.

  2. Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or harsh substances.

  3. General wear and tear over time.

 


 

How do I make a warranty claim?

  1. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for complete details.

  2. Email us at info@vinnis.ca with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the product (helps speed up verification)

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
